SPA  ETIQUETTE

RESERVATION

1. For guaranteeing the best of your spa experience, we suggest you may make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance; Especially during rush hour, we may not guarantee a spot for you without making reservation. 

2. If you cannot show up on time, please call us earlier to reschedule or cancel your resercation.

3. Your reservation will be held ONLY FOR 10 minutes due to next customer's reservation arrangment.

ARRIVAL

1. Please arrive AT LEAST 10 MINUTES prior to treatment time in order to have sufficient time for check-in and cloth changing.

2. If a late arrival is unaviodable, please call to notify the spa receptionist as early as possible. 

The receptionist will assist you to reschedule your reservation.

SPECIAL REQUEST

1. You may request the preferred gender of therepaist/nail technincian or may appiont the specific therapist/nail technician for your treatment.

However, this kind of request HAS BEEN MADE at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

2. If you are not satisified with the service of your therapist/nail technicain, you may request to change your therapist/nail technician within the FIRST 10 MINUTUES after your trestment starts.

PERSONAL ITEMS

1. Lockers are provided, but customers will be solely responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

2. If you lose your personal belongings, you may check with our receptionist.

3. The lost items will only be held for 60 days by us. All lost items without collectors will be donated to charity after 60 days.

4. We will provide disposable underwear ( special size is available ), slippers, towels, robes, hair dryer, toiletries and all amenities required for use dying your visit.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

1. If you are pregnant, or you have a muscle or joint injuries, recent surgery, allergies, high blood pressure, or any health conditions, some treatments will not be suitable for you.

2. Please let us know in advance, so we may advise you according to your healthy condition.

SPA MANNERS

1. To ensure tranquility within our environment, we request all customers keep noise to minimum.

2. Please talk softly everywhere at the spa.

3. Please not talk loudly with mobile phone in the treatment room.

4. Smoking is prohibited in the spa.

5. Alcohol is not recommended before or after treatments.

VIP SPA ROOM

1. You may enjoy a complimentary usage of VIP room by spending over apending over 580RMB/person.

2. Earlier reservation is recommended.

NAIL POLISH REPAIRING

1. Many reasons may cause your nail polish cracking after the nail services。Please note that we provide the service of free polish repair within 3 days after a basic manicure/pedicure service or 7 days after a shellac manicure/pedicure service.

2. An extra change will be applied if you want to change polish color during this repairing service.

GIFT CERTIFICATE
